Satisloh at MIDO 2016

At Mido, Satisloh presented their machines under the motto „Lens production at the speed of light“. This exemplifies the company’s focus on maximizing yields and quality in lens manufacturing.

The unveiling of Satisloh’s latest generator was the highlight at their booth. Saturday, 27th of February, Larry Clarke (President & COO Satisloh AG) and Dr. Frank Breme (Chief Technology Officer and Head of Region EMEA & India) welcomed booth visitors, told them about the latest Satisloh innovations and unveiled the new generator: From now on, the VFT-orbit 2 will be the world’s fastest, most robust and easiest to service generator.

As successor of Satisloh’s VFT-orbit, which set the bar and established itself as the world’s best-selling digital generator, the new generator is raising the bar again. VFT-orbit-2 features several innovations that make it unique.

Besides generating, all other processes and innovations, including Satisloh’s new Lens-Engraver-UV, were also demonstrated at Mido under the aspect of “Lens production at the speed of light”.

In all, the company looks back at a really successful trade show and looks forward to what 2016 will bring.
